How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-5 business days to arrive.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers,and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Can I use more than one Promo Code on an order?

Unfortunately, our system is set up so that we can only apply one PromoCode per order. If you have any coupons with future expiration dates, make sureto save them for use on your next order!

Can I return my product?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to
return an order, we’re happy to help.

When will I be refunded?

A refund will be issued after your return has been processed, which may take up to 10 business days after your return is received at our warehouse. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your return and refund amounts. We won't leave you hanging!

How do I make a return?

To start a return, you can contact us at sell@herlyschic.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Will I get charged for return shipping?

The return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on Herly's chic part.
